Who needs to complete a booking and deposit form

All adults paying their own deposit must complete a form to secure the reservation for booking. Please note that all roommates must book on the same day. If sharing a room with someone confirm they will be sending in their form as well. Reservations will be booked once all roommate forms have been received.

All travelers sharing the same package will be equally responsible for paying the balance. Roommates can submit payments for one another, which can be indicated when completing this form.

  1. Roundtrip Airfare - all travelers are responsible for their flight to Cancun, Mexico (CUN airport code)
  2. Travel insurance is NOT included and is strongly recommended to add at time of booking.
  3. Excursions, extra entertainment outside of The Playdate experience of personal nature.
  4. Tips & gratuities for staff, bellmen, drivers, etc.
  5. Playdate Experience $215.00 per adult and $185.00 per child (will include all private group events, custom group t-shirt and tour).

Please review and acknowledge the Booking Policies.

1. Deposit is $100.00 PER PERSON and is non-refundable and non-transferable. Travel insurance is recommened.
2. Final payments are due by May 1st, 2026 (the package will be canceled if not paid in full by the due date).
3. All paying guests must complete a registration form.
4. Roommates must book on the same day.
5. All travelers must have a valid passport book with an expiration date of January 2027 or after.
6. As of now, there are no Covid-19 entry/exit requirements for Cancun.
7. Covid-19 entry restrictions can change at any given moment and updates will be distributed as necessary.

9. Space is limited so book early.
10. If you're booking your own flight please send airline details to Blue Journeys by May 1st, 2026. If not received by the deadline, you will be responsible for arranging your own transportation.
11. Blue Journeys, LLC reserves the right to make any necessary changes to the resort, itinerary lineup, travel suppliers, and/or tours/excursions.
12. The resort may require a credit card upon check-in for any incidentals during your stay.
13. All parties are responsible for having your package paid in full by the due date of May 1st, 2026.
14. All payment requests sent in are applied within 48 business hours unless otherwise noted.
15. Email confirmations and updated balances will be sent after payments are processed.
16. Travel insurance is NOT included but strongly recommended to protect your investment.
17. Prices are subject to change at any time until a deposit is applied.
18. Travel documents will be emailed out 2 weeks before the departure date.
19. The Playdate Experience is sold separately due May 1st, 2026 (includes ALL private group events (Bowling and Juneteenth Finale) and inclusions, custom group t-shirt, Splash and Sail Tour, etc).
20. Blue Journeys will handle all travel and transportation accommodations.
