Plan To Travel Deposit

Blue Journeys, LLC requires a plan to travel deposit prior to researching and providing pricing. For NON-GROUP TRAVEL the deposit is fifty dollars ($50.00) for all destinations within the U.S., Canada, Caribbean and Mexico and for all other international destinations the deposit is one hundred dollars ($100.00).

For GROUP TRAVEL requests which consists of ten (10) or more travelers or five (5) or more rooms the deposit is one hundred dollars ($100.00) for all destinations within the U.S., Canada, Caribbean and Mexico and for all other international destinations the deposit is two hundred dollars ($200.00).

If your vacation based on this inquiry request is booked with Blue Journeys, LLC within thirty (30) days of receiving your initial quote, this deposit will be refunded within five (5) business days after your travel departure date. If your trip is NOT booked within thirty (30) days of receiving your initial quote, this deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE and will be retained for our time and efforts on your behalf. Once you submit an inquiry, we will review and reach out to offer a complimentary consult via your preferred method of contact (email or telephone). During this consult we can elaborate on any further details or preferences you may have for your trip. Also answer any questions to provide you with the best possible options for your vacation. Once you are ready to move forward to obtain a quote you can submit your plan to travel deposit, which the dollar amount is based on your inquiry. Blue Journeys will then start planning your fabulous dream trip and provide a quote within five (5) business days. There is a two (2) destination maximum per quote for comparison purposes.

Travel inquiries outside of the original inquiry will be subject to their own plan to travel deposit.

For all PRIVATE VILLA rental requests there is a NON-REFUNDABLE and NON-TRANSFERABLE plan to travel deposit of two hundred dollars ($200.00) for any destination. We aim to provide the ultimate experience and will guide and help you choose the villa that best suits your needs. This luxury service will also arrange your roundtrip airfare as needed, assist with transportation and coordinate all your personal requests from selecting a private chef and planning meals, booking yacht tours, spa massages and so much more to ensure you have the utmost lavish villa experience for your traveling party. Your comfort and relaxation in style is our main priority. We will be happy to help you create a custom package tailored to your specific interests.

For DESTINATION WEDDING requests there is a NON-REFUNDABLE and NON-TRANSFERABLE plan to travel deposit of two hundred dollars ($200.00) for any destination. We are well connected with wedding teams in many destinations to assist you with selecting the best venue based on your style, budget and preference. We will arrange all the travel-related logistics of your wedding for you and your guests. We have deep expertise in many destinations to help you narrow and pick the right destination. We go above and beyond and will act as liaison between you and your resort’s wedding planner to ensure that together we create your magical celebration.

All plan to travel deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE if your vacation is NOT booked with Blue Journeys within 30 days of receiving your initial quote.

This deposit ensures that Blue Journeys, LLC is paid for their time whether or not you finalize your booking with us. This covers our time in consultation, research, pricing, and support before, during and post travel. By paying this planning deposit, you are agreeing to our Terms & Conditions.

Payment of the plan to travel deposit, or any payment towards your booking shall be deemed as consent by the traveler to the following Terms & Conditions.
